Do we have any kind of "uniform viewer tool"?

Hi guys.

Several years ago, when i used to mod uniforms on Pro Evolution Soccer, I remember someone created a tool to view the texture files outside the game.



Do we have something like this to view modded DDS files?

It's such a pain in the ass... edit the DDS... put inside the .IFF ... launch the game... start a match... no good... close the game... do it again... and again... again...

Am i doing somethin wrong?

How can i make it easier?

Those kitservers were amazing. People still mod PES 2013 and PES 6 (shoutout to evo-web.co.uk) because of huge modding abilities.
