Has anyone else had these issues?

I’ve got two problems with the game that I haven’t seen elsewhere.

All of my player photos are fuzzy (pixelated images).

I can not adjust the rotation timeline at all. The cursor will not move. I can change positions but am unable to change players at all.

Steam. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it's the same.

Pixelated photos is fixed by increasing the texture quality in the video settings menu. You will have to restart after you update the settings.

Any idea on the rotations thing?
