I actually think the retro jerseys are animated as well, they're just animated less. There is a static jersey in the files but I think the cloth.mesh is being used in-game, which means I can't edit it unless I hex edit it which I don't know how.

Don't worry man, I aim to fix this. I wish I could make his jersey go over his shoulders too but unfortunately I can't edit the jerseys like that this year.
