NEW YORK KID, I just gave the roster a run, and I have to say, the amount of effort you put into the roster has really shown off! Played a couple of games and had fun playing with some of the best of '84. There is some feedback that I would like to suggest during some of my test runs.

- Nearly all of the players lack skills, which is good, since most of them are gamebreakers, however, I noticed that a very few handful of players (mostly some benchwarmers) still have skills applied. To balance out everything, every player should have skills stripped, this way it prevents any player getting an unfair boost that 95% of other players can't get

- Graphics wise, I noticed that in rayhoops' college mod, the net was waaaay to bright, almost to the point where the net is very hard to see at times, and looks more like those cardboard nets in the early days of basketball lol. With some minor color adjustments, the net looks much better; here's a screenshot.

- The floor files are MASSIVE, in total they almost reach 5GB combined. The easiest way to fix this is to use the 2KX Mod Tool for 2K12 (not 3DM), and extract the court texture (you don't have to worry about the DXT compression type or the mipmaps, since the tool exports the texture as-is). For a base, you can use one of retroman's courts, and replace the big texture with the boundaries, paint squares, etc. with the one court texture, save it, and it cuts down the file size to about 1/6th of the current size, so the courts don't eat up as much memory.

Other than that, the mod turned out great, and I look forward to seeing what else you can deliver

Great point point outs bro. Yeah will def keep all these in mind bro thank you. I know i kinda rushed into the side things just to get this mod out. I used alot of Ray stuff and added my own ideas but yeah your right about the nets, i will add that in the next update once i release 1995 season. And i had no idea about using 2K Mod tool, I will use going forward once i start on the 1995 season. I really appreciate this. Pointers like this only makes me continue and make it even better.

I re-did everything from the beginning again (2K14 install and then pasted your files to the folder) and I am still getting the court issues stated above (Houston has all black floor, UTEP has the Spurs floor...) Is there a certain order to follow to add your files?

Did you extract everything from the files? There's no specific order to download this mod, since everything overwrites default content. The floor issue could be because you are missing some files. What are the file sizes for the f023.iff and f025.iff files (Houston and UTEP respectively) on your end?

Would you mind adding international players and high school players who were drafted to the 95 mod as free agents? For example, Kevin Garnett in the 95 roster and Kobe, Peja, Jermaine O'Neal, and Ilgauskas in the 96 roster (if you continue to create rosters)?

I'm about 60% done with the 1995 roster including polishing up a few things here and there. After this I was thinking the fab five 1993 season roster? Or you have the next roster in mind?
