I play a game at UTEP and i got the UTEP court, not the Spurs.

I re-did everything from the beginning again (2K14 install and then pasted your files to the folder) and I am still getting the court issues stated above (Houston has all black floor, UTEP has the Spurs floor...)
Is there a certain order to follow to add your files?

Did you extract everything from the files? There's no specific order to download this mod, since everything overwrites default content. The floor issue could be because you are missing some files. What are the file sizes for the f023.iff and f025.iff files (Houston and UTEP respectively) on your end?
