johnwest1985, those are slider issues. I would try:

lowering the close shot success slider a little to lower the likelihood of floaters going in.

The blocking in 2k14 is RIDICULOUSLY easy, regardless of sliders I've used. You can set human blocking at 0, release defense strength on layups and jumpers to 0, and still get 10 blocks per game. You might want to look at the shooting foul tendency slider for human and turn it up to 100 if it's not there.

For layups or inside shot, simply raise the layup success slider ONE CLICK at a time. You could also try the same with inside shot rating success slider but this probably has more to do with the layup success slider.

Hey, everybody. I'm getting ready to update the 2017 roster. Here are the players that I made new versions for at the beginning of the season and am planning on updating again, soon. If there are more players you would like me to check for updates, please let me know and I'll update them if needed. I'm also going to check every rookie to see if those not on this list need to be updated. Aside from the rookies, I doubt there will be many players to check because this is 120 players.

You are referring to a ratings update, right? If so, I think Nikola Jokic deserves an update, he is scoring 5 more points per 36mins than last year with substantially increased eFG% and his passing skills are put more clearly in display this season.

Can' t wait for the new updates, it' s great seeing all of you working on multiple fronts, producing these fantastic results

It's the 1989 season. As I wrote before, I did a 'pre-sim' of the season (using a copy of the save file) to check for any crashes that might occur. I just wasn't prepared for the ingame saving crash. The scoreboard I'm using should be the one that came with the mod originally, but I'll double-check. Is there an alternative one I can use that works better?

The things I adjusted so far in my save were
- some bodytypes to make some guys a little bulkier
- some hot/cold zones to reflect the players' styles a little better
- some shooting forms and release timings (having played this game for so long, I really can't get used to the quick release - it just feels off)
- some sliders to accomodate my style of play

I can send you the save file when I get home from work in about 8 hours. I do have a RED MC license, though. So if you can tell me what to look for, I can check it myself before bothering you.

Really its like debiler, says. So many times its difficult for finding good photos or images, for example when i go back to...to 90s... or 80s...

Anyway, NBA Universe always is more easy that for example, FIBA Universe or any league. Euroleague included. Before, when i started, i only made things (so many faces) for ACB League (spanish competition) and for Euroleague and i can say without afraid of mistake, that always its more easy find good photos for NBA.

When i make retro faces, and i remember these guys... Too i take notice that i´m very old LOL...

Guys wonderful work as usual Thanks for adding Lithuania '92 and '96 teams i appreciate it a lot Any chance you can update the retro rosters with the roster by the end of the seasons. I mean would be nice to choose between let's just say 1990 roster at the begging of the season and separate 1990 roster file by the end of the season. I don't mean delete anything, just add another option to choose to play with rosters at the start of that season you want or rosters by the end of season. Example 1995 roster Clyde Drexler by the start of that season played with Trail Blazers and it's fine, but if we could choose that same 1995 roster file with by the end of season, so Clyde Drexler would end that season by playing for the Houston Rockets as it happen back then. I also notice some same things with other retro rosters, like the 1997 roster, then Jason Kidd by the start of the season played for the Dallas Mavericks, but the later on/end of season he finished that season for the Phoenix Suns. It is only two examples, i think it could/should be more of that kind things. Would be truly awesome to play with those roster too.

Feel free to make those trades on your own. We are finished editing retro rosters aside from updating CF's, but that won't affect what you are talking about.
