The only way I know is through QQ I mentioned before. It`s a communication software like msn or Skype. I think there is an English version called something like QQ international. The developer`s QQ ID is 184331550

That's awesome!!! Thank you so much for coming in here to provide your expertise. If we could only communicate to him that he's got a real nice way to make some extra money, he could really make a good bit from a lot of us PC roster editors. I know Vlad did well with Reditor. I'm sure we've even got people that would be willing, with help, to translate the program and allow the creator of the program to sell it as well.

This is our best hope of obtaining a roster editor, and I think we need to do everything in our power to convince him to start selling it to us.

Too much stuff to read through here but it sounds great from what I saw!
I'm a little confused though:

So what kinda extra classic teams does this roster have?

1) how close to a RED MC are we?
2) is there another editor out there aside from inonmomia (sorry i just misspelled that)?

Extra teams like the 04-05 Rockets, 94-95 Rockets, all the Dream teams, 10-11 Dallas Mavs, and a bunch of others.

Unless you are not using the Steam version of the game. In which, I recommend buying the game so you can enjoy all the mods.

Looks like my upload speed isn't as slow as I thought it was. Since TheGame8544 is being stubborn about it I decided to upload them myself the proper way.

If you haven't already make sure to download the External File Plugin which can be found here:

For the files above, extract the content in the rar files and place both "Modded" folders into your NBA 2K17 directory.

***WARNING***
If you already have mods downloaded in your NBA 2K17 directory make sure to place your current Modded Folder
somewhere else before you install the files above. Then whenever you want to go back to your original mods you can switch Modded folders.

Well you don't have to, but I'm just saying that you should make a completely new modded folder before installing the Han Roster as it will conflict with your other mods. So I would recommend having two modded folders, one with your current installed mods (backed up on your desktop) and one modded folder with the Han Roster files (in your NBA 2K17 directory). Then you can switch them out whenever you want to go back.

If you already have the base, you only need to download that once. So you will just need the update. Honestly, I'm not sure what he changed in the Update files but he posted new ones so figured I'd share them.

I sold 2k17 so i must ask you guys. How the roster looks. There is more than default number of teams? New retro teams logos and jerseys works without ocerwriting? Chinese modders have roster editor?

In this roster, some new teams were unlocked and added (looks like the new classic teams were put in by overwriting some other classic teams though, like the 89-90 Cavs and 92-93 Bulls). Also, in this roster, MANY teams are cut down below 13 guys, meaning that if a MyLeague is started with the teams that are lower than 13 guys, the game automatically assigns a random player or players to the team to get them to 13. So basically, you could be using the 90-91 Bulls and have Steven Adams come off the bench or something, which ruins the authenticity. This roster is fun for casual Play Now. But the classic teams do not work for myleague at the moment.

I am working on a big project that fills all the classic teams to 13 guys with accurate players, and adds a slew of new classic teams. But it's a lot of work, and I don't have a lot of people working on it with me, and I am not a cyberface maker for this game.

Han Roster has a mod pack like I do for my all time teams roster and fantasy draft roster, but his files conflict with mine, meaning people would need to keep separate modded folders for both his roster and my rosters.

If you want to get an idea of what we can do, you can check out my all time teams roster thread and draft roster thread on here. We can do courts, cyberfaces, stadiums, scoreboards, dornas, etc etc. So we have made progress, but we don't a REDMC yet.

So wait, can we get this and translate? $31 is nothing for a tool that can do even close to what redmc does.

Well the problem was TheGame8544 said that the service that is used to transfer money also costs a subscription. So you would have to pay for both apparently, not sure if that's still the case or not so TheGame8544 or someone else will have to confirm.

It takes you to his QQ page and does not specify a link where to purchase. I have tried contacting him but don't have the needed permission on either Chinese board or QQ to do so. Until we can find the actual link to pay, we are out of luck I'm afraid. I am anxiously awaiting someone who knows chinese and can directly contact him or Han and help us pay for this. I'd pay double just have the ability to edit coaches etc.

Yeah, this is the exact issue I ran into. The way I understand it, you have to be a member of QQ to contact him. Is it correct QQ costs money?

I find it hard to believe this guy wouldn't like to make some extra money off his program. All we need is someone that knows enough Chinese to communicate with him and let him know we probably have someone that could translate it to English and let him sell it.

Not sure if it helps, but I have the editor downloaded. If anyone would like to take a crack at getting into it, I can share it. It looks like if it was unlocked, there is enough English with team names and player names that we could probably figure out how to do most of what we need with it.

I just tried this roster for the first time with all the files for it in the modded folder. My observations.

1. He did an amazing job with Jerseys for the new classic teams he put in, simply awesome.

2. Did a superb job with many of the courts for the new classic teams (his 07-08 Nuggets court is off though, the logo in the center is way to big).

3. He did an OUTSTANDING JOB in the portrait department. Awesome. So many of the portraits are really high quality.

4. Great job with team logos.

5. Great job getting some amazing faces for tmac, 04-05 Ginobili, etc. However, while some of the lookalikes are good ( Like Rash Nestrovic and Foyle), some are really off, or real players are plugged in (like he's using greg anthony for Anthony Carter, Stacey Augmon for Darrell Armstrong, and Glenn Robinson for Bryon Russell.

My feelings are, if he could fix some of the "lookalikes" or get someone to make those faces, and if he could get the teams to 13 for use in myleague, and if he added some more classic teams, he would be in business and the roster would flourish even more.

I respect his work a ton, and wish he would work with us. I would certainly work with him.
