Especially when you look at performance in 4K. My 3770@4.1ghz with a GTX 1080 gets about 30-40fps in 4K. The PS4 Pro is going to be running 4K/60fps and it's half the power of my PC.
Here are my 4k settings. it runs pretty smooth constant 60fps except cutscenes. my culprit was the media (i have it turned off). also certain special effects (I really don't notice the difference in 4k except the depth of field. maybe others will. But it's fine for me)
