I tried and it's to much shine and flash on the face
maybe just decrease a little bit will be fine

The lighting when players are on "full sweat" is great.

But when they are 'default' it's too shine on face and arms.

Yea and for me its to much when game not even started and they like already played game befor, but overall good JOB!!

Yep, you need to decrease it (shine + sweat effect) a bit.
Guys at the studio look like they are in sauna

I love how it looks! If you are able to turn the shine down just a little but only on the face, then ok. The body is perfect. If you can't separate the face and body then don't change anything. Great job!!!
