A Complete Guide to an improved NBA 2K17

For those who want to find people to play with, that thread is useful for improving the user's experience. But if this is for only for game files then nevermind.
Title says "Complete Guide" so I assumed it included anything regarding improving the 2k17 gaming experience. Feel free to just ignore it, if it doesn't fit.

You should add SJ'S global thread to the globals section, and the All Time Teams Roster thread that's sitting in the main page (I'm sure the moderator will move it).
