He underestimated KG's abilities at his age. I did the same thing. I was actually watching the game, I never thought those old legs would leave the ground for a dunk at that moment.

That's something I don't really understand. Why sometimes a player is standing in a "draw a charge" position, gets dunked on and hit, and is still his foul? I mean, he isn't moving, he is not invading anyone's space, he's not initiating contact?

Don't stand in the no-charge zone. And stand really still, a slight movement can be called a block.

			Yup. If your feet were moving when the contact occurs or you were on that semicircle zone you see under the rim, that is not considered a charge. Most of the times, that's a defensive foul.
