Is there a guide on how to install this or did I completely miss it? I downloaded all of the files and placed them in my 2K14 folder and when I started the game it had the title screens to the college teams, had the team logos at the team select screen but no jerseys or rosters, or courts.

Install the Roster and Settings files in your Saves folder, and then you can load in-game and everything will be there.

I generally make a 2px inside layer, and then mess with different bevel and stroke options until it looks alright.

Used a new technique to re-do the logos and numbers with this Syracuse fauxback, and fixed the wordmark and vent holes in the shorts.

I installed everything, put the rosters and settings in the correct spot but the game now runs extremely slow during gameplay. Anyone else have this problem? It ran perfect prior to the mod.

Side note: don't wanna sound like in complaining, love the mod and truly am amazed and appreciative of the hard work and hours put on this.

A few people such as slimm are reporting it on certain courts (that I guess are in HD, I'm not sure which are and which aren't, as I don't know the first thing about court files). Otherwise, maybe try a different Global would be my suggestion.

A lot of tweaking is being done by myself and slimm right now (mostly slimm, with some feedback and suggestions by me) to the Settings, to make them even more true to life and accurate (I cannot stress how important it is to use the Settings that come with the Roster file download, in order for this to play well and accurately), as well as Global edits to Tendencies, and eventually a full roster update. There may be a mini-release before that with all the new uniforms, player gear and team gear, shoes, etc.

Thanks for the feedback to those who have mentioned things. Everything mentioned is being addressed and/or considered, and please feel free to make more suggestions.

Do you have an ENB enabled? I had the same problem with an ENB enabled, turned it off and now it works perfect and still looks great.

Aside from turning Crowd noise all the way up in your settings (which I've done and really sounds cool), nothing that will affect game play that I am aware of.

Just played the absolute best and most fun game I've played in 3 years with this game with slimm's new trial Sliders. Amazing OT win with LSU on the road at Villanova. DRASTICALLY different, but much more true to life for the college game, and real challenging. Must play realistic style of basketball, or there will be unforced turnovers and errors. You guys will love it, once we're all done testing and tweaking.
