NBA Live 16 Demo Coming September 15th

The announcement of Pro-Am also confirmed that a demo will be available on September 15th.

NBA LIVE 16 brings you two new ways to Rise Together with your friends in LIVE Pro-Am. Beginning September 15, players can try many areas of NBA LIVE 16 for FREE:

Play online with friends in LIVE Pro-Am

o LIVE Run (5-on-5 online team play)

o Summer Circuit (online co-op)

Personalize your character

o Exclusive mobile GameFaceHD technology

o Customized tattoos, shoes, gear and more

Tip Off

o Play as one of six different NBA teams

Learn LIVE tutorials

o Drills and practice to build your skill set

The GameFace HD app will be out on September 8th, so there'll be time to get your face ready for the demo, as well as the full version if you pick it up. Progress will be capped at 80 overall for your player in the demo, but it will carry over to the full version.

Like in advance to EA for clarity! Demo gameplay, a lot of game modes, tutorials are will there.

Hoping here in AUS we dont get duped on either XB1 or PS stores and it's there available for download 15th Sep!!!

It might be late night on the 15th, or early morning on the 16th, but hopefully there'll be no delay (or complete absence). I'll be optimistic and suggest there won't be, as there usually hasn't been any problems with demos. Even the retail releases are generally only a day or two later, these days.

Man i hope your correct on all fronts. Got in contact with JB Hifi social media guy via twitter about NBA LIVE 16 not being listed on their website, replied to me that will be soon up, so was releaved there! Could easily grab a digital copy, but prefer a hard copy of 16 as is gonna be a game changer!!!

I've been wondering about that too, since NBA 2K16's been up for a while (I pre-ordered the MJ edition for PS4, because I couldn't go past the collectibles). Good to hear it's going up soon.

Figured it would be a matter of time. It's not like the NCAA titles back in the day, where they couldn't be sold outside North America (and only imported if you had a PS3, since the 360 was region locked).

Yep, remember those days NCAA bball 09/10! March Madness, thank god the ps3 was region free!

Great! Demo of sports games doesn't come along very often IIRC or atleast for bball games. Did they also release a Demo for the Live 15? Wasn't really following the series as I don't have a PS4 yet. Waiting for that The Last of Us 2 game to be released and hoping by that time (Maybe Live 17 or 18) they can put up the game to my liking.

There was a demo on PS4 and X1 had the full version through EA Access (if not the demo as well). It's not available anymore, though.

When they're features that people have expressed interest in, such as online team play and the ability to scan one's face into the game, that's not a bad thing.
