5. A full on realistic Dr. J./Iceman Gervin style Finger Roll should be added to either the Floaters or Layup animations.

The more difficult situation with modding is no reason to forego the superior version for one that is not going to receive nearly as much attention and support, doesn't have nearly as deep game modes, and will likely be discontinued in the not too distant future as more people upgrade from PS3 and 360.
The more logical and sensible suggestion would be to add better modding support to the PC version, as ported from the PS4/X1. You don't go back to an inferior product just so that you can offer modding; you make the new and better product more modder friendly, so that you can have the best of both worlds.

totally agree. plus there is no any guarantee that prev-gen version will be or current-gen version of 2k16 will not be more modding-friendly . there are always some problems with modding after release of some totally remastered version of the game cuz we need some new tools in the most cases. but after 1-2 years with support of this great community we have almost totally moddable game

As for MyCareer - I have a concept of fully revamping skill progression, sadly it doesn't use VC (as much), so I guess it won't be viable wish.
