Can't you just do some dbf editing to fix the standings? I'm not sure about the league leaders, but can't you also edit the season MVP, ROY, etc.? If it is possible to do that, then everything should be a lot easier for you.

That would be so cool. Then we'd all be able to start a Franchise with 03-04 stats and everything.

Well since you simmed the first season, I don't think the sliders have anything to do with the first season right? On your sliders, do they give you realistic scores like in the 70's and 80's sometimes?

they probably do, but since it's realistic 90 would be involved too right?

Here's what i've done. DBF editing can be done for players stats and team stats therefore league leaders will have no problem.
Team standing wont change even if you edit the team stats so here i simulate by day, and making sure that the correct teams win.
Post-award cannot be edit. (don't know what to edit) but since i edit the stats so the computer will pick the post-season winner. so when i click BEGIN PLAYOFF. i look at the awardee, if it does not show the real winner then i load again my save and click again BEGIN PLAYOFF until i get correct awardee(sometimes Bell or Pargo win MIP or MElo win the ROY but the most Ben wallace winninng the DPOY). takes lot of time to do it and definitely lot of patience (almost try not to continue this).

And even dbf editing was not easy, imagine almost 400 players to edit the stats plus 29 teams not counting players and team that enter playoff.

how did you get Zach Randolph to win the MIP? Doesn't Live have a glitch there? Evertime I run my dynasty, the MIP usually averages like 0.9 ppg, and 1.3 rpg. If there's a patch to fix this, please let me know. Thanks.

This is cool and all but I'd much rather just see the 04-05 season and have you focus on just the Lakers.

As i said lots of hardwork and patience, from simulating by trial and error (means if the result was incorrect must load again and try), dbf editing and getting all the correct stats in nba.com. About the screenshots, like fisher shots (if you noticed the 0.4 in shotclock, i edit that in photoshop to make it somewhat realistic.

Also thanks for your complement. things like that only make me eager to do my best in my next update.

Well there were not much lakers highlight in finals lol. and as i see it pistons really dominate lakers so that was my screenshot. dont worry when i start the dynasty it will be more lakers highlight.

example: if you want to edit a player scoring 150 pts in 5 games what would you eidt?
