Huge game for Chandler.

Postby Clinton on Wed Jan 01, 2003 5:17 pm

Tyson Chandler had a huge game against the Blazers. He made Dale Davis and Sabonis look like the boys. Chandler had 27 points (9 of 16 fgs), 18 boards and 2 blocks in 35 minutes. Davis had 4 points and 1 board, Sabonis had 6 points and 4 boards in almost 20 minutes each. He (Chandler) dominated the low post and looked like he was playing in highschool again.

What a game for Chandler. He is one of my favorite players, because he's exciting when he plays. Hopefully that retard Cartwright will give him some playing time and he will produce. Alll the other Bulls fans, don't you think they should trdae Fizer, and/or Crawford for someone with experience. I can't stand Fizer, he is to clumsy, and tryes to do too much. Holla back Bulls Fans.

i didnt see the highlights from the game, but those chandler stats are quite impressive. i read in the paper today that he was going for a 30pt/30reb performance after hearing amare stoudemire put up a monster game against minnesota (30pt+ & 10reb+).

i think the bulls should keep fizer, at least for now hehe. since marshall was inserted into the starting lineup, the bulls need someone else to provide scoring from the bench. hey bboy9931, you sound like johnny red kerr when you ripped on fizer. ha- the bulls should get rid of red kerr before even thinking about trading fizer.

trading crawford would benefit both him and the bulls. jay williams won't be looking over his shoulder anymore and crawford will get a fair chance of being a starting PG on another team. krumbs krause tends to over value his players so i don't know if crawford will be dealt. crawford was drafted 8th in 2000(?) and krause wants something similar in return.

I can't stand Fizer though, hes a piece of shit. He takes outside jumpers too many times. Hes a buff ass guy, he should go down loaw everytime, and OMG when he tries to cross people over I just want to run on the floor and beat him over his head. They need to get rid of him...SOON

Sounds like Amare Stoudemire kicking butts in Phoenix is exactly what the Bulls need. Now all we need is someone to start giving Eddy Curry shit.

I was particularly impressed with one of Tyson's finishes on the break after a feed from J-Will (I believe). He really really really hammered it home, and it was probably the only bulls highlight I'll see all season here in "cricket is a sport" land :D Jalen rose had a huge game also I believe, and Williams had 9-10 assists.

As for Fizer, the numbers have been good recently, but you can't say whether he should be traded or not because most of the Bulls seem to play well for certain stretches and then stink it up for others. Marshall had a good stretch not too long ago with double double's but then hasn't been that hot recently, where as Fizer has been descent. Who is playing, and how well they are playing will determine what moves the franchise will make before the trade deadline. I guess they'll have to give minutes to guys who they want to deal, to possibly raise their trade value a bit.

The guy had one big game, get over it.

If you're talking about Amare, he's actually been good recently, not having monster games every game but he has been good, and look at the suns, they have 19 wins... He's getting about 12 and 9, that's more than Garnett as a highschool rookie.
LAST 6 GAMES

OPP MIN PTS TREB AST TO STL BLK
12/20 LAC 41 18 11 3 2 0 1
12/21 SAC 31 16 12 0 2 1 0
12/23 SEA 34 11 8 0 3 0 1
12/27 LAC 25 16 8 2 1 0 0
12/29 CLE 38 19 13 3 0 2 3
12/30 MIN 45 38 14 1 4 0 2

Those are pretty impressive numbers for a highschooler, I doubt any highschooler has had numbers like that so far in their rookie season. I dunno how guys like Moses Malone went...

I think he gets plenty now. It's not like he doesn't deserve it.

I know that. But if Amare Stoudemire can get Chandler's arse into gear then maybe, just maybe, theres someone who can do the same for Eddy.

Bull's coach doesn't know how to coach, he just let Fizzer, Curry and Tyson play under 20mins or so. Fizzer was the first round 4th pick 4 years ago, and he is still a bench??????

NENE!!!

There's a good reason for that. His inconsistent and scrappy play. His only upside is his rebounding.
