ONE BIG PROBLEM--at least with my update… I was checking out all of the updated player faces and when I got to Josh McRoberts, his face is bright white, with no detail--like there's some kind of textural problem... and when I go to look at Chris "Birdman" Andersen, it dumps me to the desktop. I tried restarting my computer and all of that jazz, but no luck. Is anyone else having that problem?

Steam version. I'm just using other computer to download games, then i use steam backup. I mean maybe i can copy only patch files, not full game.

Elast1c0, you can't download only the patch, but if you patch the installation on the other pc, then you should be able to copy just the patched files and then let steam verify the game cache.

Hello everyone. I have 2k15 on my pc and I just finished downloading the new patch. However I need your help if possible.

At first when I opened the game steam popped up and tried to install ne patch. In the beginning a got an error: An error was occurred while updating nba 2k15 (disk write error)
After that I restarted - shut down my pc 2-3 times and re-tried to install it. After a while it finally installed and then it was game time. I launched the game and in the first credit opening message screen
it crashed to desktop. I restarted and tries several times but still no luck.

My pc specs are: i5 4670k 3,4 ghz(stock), 8gb ram ddr3, gtx 760, samsung evo 120gb ssd - win7 64bit

I would really appreciate any tip or help given.

Even after the patch, game still plays the same to me. Guards get to basket too easy, they never miss shots, contested layups still go in, mid-range jumpers, to be realistic they should miss some of them, contested or not.. Some people say the defense has improved, I don't see it. Maybe it's me playing bad D, but I do know the offensive rebounding bug is still there, 3 attempted putbacks in a row in some cases, whether you box out or not. They added the face changes on some players, added flagrant fouls, and those stats the announcers speak of show up now.

I'm sure I'm not the only one having a difficult time, but since you're a gaming expert, how do you counteract the offensive rebounding and blow-by layups?

I noticed one bug after the patch, when you try to buy new shoes in My career mode, they just don't show in MyPlayer store, just epmty list. Anyone else experience it?

The shot meter is now enabled during free throw situations.

This is great and all but when you're using the default camera and shooting at the right side, you can barely see the meter.

I'm very happy with this patch especially my teammate's AI.

Before, I was having a very hard time setting up my teammates (MyCareer). They'd miss open shots both inside the paint and in the perimeter. They'd botch up wide open dunks, my bigs can't get a shot against small defenders even small guards. They would also pass up on wide open shots. After this patch, my whole team shoots a lot better. Ryan Anderson even steps out of the 3pt line and takes occasional 3s which he has never done before even though he should be able to. They now rebound a lot better and as the patch notes said, they kick out the ball if there are a lot of defenders after grabbing an offensive board. Another thing I noticed was that my player played good when I simmed a game against a weak opponent. He used to get up to 10 points at most, get around 3~6 assists, and shoot really bad even though I have really high stats on playmaking.

My only concern right now is the Free Throw shooting. There were a couple of times wherein I'm really close to getting a perfect release (the bar looked really perfect that it was like 0.000001% close to the perfect spot) but I'd still miss that shot even on 75% FT shooting.
