Has any1 figured out how to alter the default 2k Roster??

I figure the only way to play in mycareer with a custom roster is to edit the default roster and trick the game into thinking thats the default roster.
Has any1 figured out a way to edit that roster??

Also where are the saved game files stored this year?
I checked under appdata the 2k15 folder only has a file that says videosettings.cfg

I was thinking the same thing. I'm tired of playing with a Demarcus Cousins and Rudy Gay that seem scared to shoot and average 16ppg on 12 min quarters. I just want boost their tendencies.
