so...this time is a long way, but I hope to finish all 30 stadium in time and with the all details.

a single simple rule:

NBA2KMOD TOOL ( need to install Java)

1- playoffs dds texture installation
- download this program NBA2KMOD TOOL ( need to install Java)
NBA2KX Mod Tool (2K12 Supported)
- open the program and open the relative file f***.iff who you desire
- scroll drop down menù to search the relative texture eho you want to change like in the picture

- click import and chose the texture you want to change
- click " OK" to confirm
- close the program and play the game

simple information to the users:
my project is not a super HD court texture, it's for all users that have a performance pc...and an "older" pc like me.

- this courts are in base 4096x2048
- parquet size 1024x1024...scaled by UV mapping to return to the original size and quality)
- texture are in vector format.
- a lot of 3d editing

etc.. etc...size is 24 mb.
maybe today or tomorrow release.

using hex on steroid tool ..or just simply hex editing... maybe tweeking the stadium file

I use the old methos to edit value directly on hex editor...I use the 4040 value.
but remember that ingame screens are deceived..seems to have a lower reflection, but in game it's ok.

you can also edit the reflection type editing the BMP normalmap texture.

I'm trying to resize only the center logo and not also the parquet..working directly on the entire texture, I think parquet scheme is more real....and now the size is 17mb.....not 24
later I will try all.

dont' look at the parquet...it's big because need to enlarge the 3d model logo...but you can resize it using the UV mapping ( look at second screen)
but I don't like it ( 2k 3d model parquet is a mess in normal...and now is more mess) and I've made it more real directly in the texture.

for the pinkish tone.......like in TNT stile ( if you see a match tnt in miami...the red have a pinkish tonality), so...this project is collected to TNT mode...and TNT colors.

yea i'm trying to find some videos to compare. tnt usually makes it more vibrant and darker that's why it seemed off. i'll take your word for it and take a look myself.
