if you got jelly over my 3DTV, it's even cheaper for the next two days (in store too)

$160 - http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Sony+Comput ... Id=2891051

Mine is working quite nice, quite nicely indeed

However, the workaround for nvidia cards requires it is the primary monitor, and to use a $40 3DTV thing from nvidia (14 day trial)
and change resolution down to 720p if you can't do 24fps on 1080.......but it looks sooooooooooo gooooooooood

Picked up NBA 2K13, as many folks around these parts have done in the past week. Finally arrived today, worth the wait to pay $30 instead of the $59 I've seen it for in stores here. I also pre-ordered WWE '13 from the same online store, once again for a better price than I'll find locally.

Also picked up a new PSU and a GeForce GTX 550 Ti for my PC along with another couple of GB of RAM, for some budget-conscious upgrades to see me through until I'm ready to splash out on a new system. Should now be able to run the new Need for Speed if I end up picking up the PC version next month.

@Andrew: Where did you pick it up for $30? That's awesome.

ozgameshop.com. They've got great prices and free postage site-wide on top of that, the only downside is the wait.

stupidly enough, they actually helped my "tennis elbow" or w/e the fuck is wrong with my elbows. if I jam my arm on a block (or getting blocked) the tendon above my elbow would hurt....not tonight.

Good to know that they're more than just a fashion statement. The sleeve I picked up fairly cheaply on eBay was definitely just for fun.

that actually happens to me occasionally when I "rip" the ball from a really strong guy. when he crosses over, i stick my hand out and stop him from crossing over but i slightly hyperextend my elbow in the process... would something like this help?

those are other instances of when it would hurt for me, so maybe? I'm sure a less silly elbow compression thingy would help too

lol at you guys. Of course compression sleeves work.
It's been around before most of us here were born but it was used for injury recovery instead of injury prevention.
The arm sleeves probably started when some genius thought that a compression sleeve for the leg might work as well a compression sleeve for the arm.
The arm sleeve might be new but the concept of its use isn't.

Oh, I'm definitely aware of that. I can't shake the feeling that a lot of NBA players do wear them as something of a fashion statement though.

I'd have to agree. I've been an iOS device user for two years and after I've bought the galaxy note, I don't think I'll be switching back anytime soon. It amazes me in every single way. :)
