I don't know if it will be televised, but it will commence on the 22nd of June.

it wont be televised because theres nothing to televise

its not like the rookie draft where all the unprotected players sit in a room, its charlotte officials sitting behind closed doors deciding who to take

They also mixed up the heights of Zaza and Pavlovic, they had Zaza at 6'7 and Sasha at 6'11 :lol:

My hopes or Stackhouse or Juan Dixon being taken just got killed too...

dont u know how good theron is? i really wanted them to take jones over bell and smith cuz jones is worthless (at least on the grizzlies cuz he cant shoot worth crap). smith showed up very well when he came off the IR list for our team. he couldve been a 1st rd draft pick if he never had that injury at ball state and he was 2nd in the NCAA in double doubles with gooden was the leader. at least we get to keep bell, but i really wanted them to take jones off our hands.

I know man, they drafted so many PF's from the expansion, then in the Rookie draft they're getting a PF (Dwight or Emeka), they likely want Marcus Fizer also, and watch in the second round they'll draft a center.

66% of the other teams cap their first year and 75% their second year, so approx the league cap to be 50 million, they have 33 million their first year, and about 38 million their second year.

there is one certainty this off season that i can guarantee: phil jackson will not be coaching the bobcats :wink:

But, given the right coach this team could work because its big and defense can be taught. Charlotte probably did the right thing by not burdening itself with overpaid mediocrity, but of course there are some selections which are puzzling, but maybe they know something we don't or maybe they're just picking size over "apparently" superior talent because while it is debatable that talent can be taught, it is a fact that size can't be. They probably also based their picks on character, and people wanting to prove something. oh, and this:

White, a six-year veteran, will have the highest salary of any Bobcats player -- $5.88 million. But the Bobcats received $3 million and a future first-round pick from Phoenix for agreeing to take White, who has one year remaining on his contract.

The Bobcats also selected Utah guard Aleksandar Pavlovic, who will be dealt to Cleveland for a future first-round draft pick. Pavlovic will give the Cavs a shooter to replace Jason Kapono, who was one of just four guards chosen by the Bobcats.

they also believe smith is untapped potential.

Smith has skills but aren't they drafting Howard or Emeka, another PF, and what about Brandon Hunter?

Also why is everyone ripping on them as if expansion teams ever have good rosters, expecially only after the expansion draft when they haven't gotten their rookie, or signed any FA's?
