UBRv25 Update Released

• Updated to UBRv25 Modern Roster
• Did the Dwight Howard Trade
• Added extra Blacktop Courts, for hahas

First, thank you to HAWK23 for his amazing mod and allowing me to modify it.


HAWK23's Ultimate Base Roster does amazing things with NBA 2K12 by adding over 250 teams to the regular NBA, however, a lot of sacrifices had to be made inside the roster file to allow for all those teams to exist together. Unfortunately, some of the sacrifices that had to be made breaks certain features and game modes that are not support buy his mod. Even though those sacrifices are worth it, it pained me to sit on this updated, current, NBA roster and not be able to play certain season lengths in Association mode with it. With HAWK23's permission, this roster is based off the latest official roster, but has all the players, team, and uniform updates for the modern NBA teams from the UBR mod.

I've also created three alternate rosters to sorta replicate the NBA's Summer League. The "Magic" roster takes place in the practice gym with the Magic's floor, the "Vegas" roster takes place in the unused summer circuit gym made by 2K, and the regular "Summer League" roster has all the Eastern Conference teams in the Magic gym and all the Western Conference teams in the Vegas gym.

• I have simmed 6 seasons into an Association with no crashes,
• There shouldn't be any issues with My Player,
• The roster is accurate as of the V23 release of UBR,
• Except I did move Lin from the Knicks to the Rockets,
• I did not remove players from the rotations for the Summer League Rosters,

Nice work man!! But, it includes summer league rosters (the players playing now on the summer league) or just normal roster??

I did not remove players from the rotations for the Summer League Rosters,

so its normal rosters on summer league courts. Since the rosters can change, some players aren't participating, others on Team USA, and some teams not even in the summer league, I just said F that.

Did Roster Merge help you, like, at all?

Because I can get the current teams in a regular fully-working-with-all-modes roster in half a minute with Roster Merge. I've been making these kinds of rosters (combining either UBR and 2K default or UBR and Albys) since I made Roster Merge, and it's really nice and REALLY easy with it.

Good job nevertheless, I'm just hoping I could help you avoid some manual labor with my tools (just like I first did with Miracle My Jersey back then!)

Aw well I wish it was the players that are playin on summer league and not the top guys. To me it makes the mod so much more fun and realistic. Even if teams aren't in the summer league they cud jus have their lower tier players on the roster. I kno it's more work so I understand why u did what u did.

um, actually I didn't. Did it all CSV and manually sorting by TeamID and isFA.......was unaware your tool did that

So if I want to take King_12's automatic accessory changes from albys roster and put it on the UBR roster, your tool could do that?

Roster Merge does the whole Players tab and Rosters & Situationals part of the Teams tab. It's in my plans to add more from the Teams tab, then Staff, Jerseys, Playbooks, etc.

I noticed a slight problem with a couple of players, since this was mostly copy job from UBR23 it follows it has the same slight problem the UBR has.

There are possibly more but these are the ones I saw that stood out mainly because I play the Blazers mostly and saw no stats for Will or Joel after the game.

Great roster set. I wanted to use the Ultimate roster to play seasons with and do my player but there were bugs.

Noticed that there are some duplicate players (Namely D. Rose, L. Deng, J. Noah, and C. Paul is all I found).

Thanks for doing this roster. It's great.

he is referring to the ubr with retro teams. not the summer circuit roster.
