In need of a bit of assistance...

I just got NBA Live 2003 for Christmas (early)...

Seems I can't install the stupid thing, though.

I have a BRAND new computer, and a fairly beefy video card.

The installation gets to a ubi.viv file and can't manage to copy it. Sometimes it'll get past this one and hang up on another file.

I've been CLOSE to completion... about 75% or so... but no dice on 100% yet!

Has anyone heard of this issue before?

I Emailed tech support at EA, but (obviously) no responses yet. That's fine, it's Christmas!

Anyone know any info that might be of service?

First of all, please check your disc whether any dust or dirt is attached on it. Clean your disk very carefully and then try again.

If this cannot solve your problem, it may be some files are corrupted. Replace a new one from the shop you bought from.
