help:cyberface patch only works with max zoom

i dont know if anyone else has encountered this problem, but i created a cyberface for my created player. and i followed the instructions and placed the fsh file in the xplayer folder and all.(also customart 1)
then i start nba live, load the roster, and go into practice mode to see if it works. my new face shows when i do instant replay and maximize the zoom, and for everything else, there was no change to the face.
we only need a 256 pix bmp right? how come it doesn't work in smaller views? anyone help?

This is similar to a problem I had (see post 'Limit for paleness?'): My cyberface flickered. This happened because I only used a 256x256 bitmap! After I'd downsized the picture my face worked fine!
So you have to use all sizes: From 256x256 to 16x16 I guess, at least 128x128!

what is your detail setting? If you're using high quality for player detail then it should be fine
