Ok I had a Dynasty with the Hawks going but now I've decided to start a dynasty with my home town team Knicks. I'm not gonna make any trades for the first year and I'll be importing a draft class from my March Madness at the end of the year. I'm playing on 6 minute quarters while the rest of the leauge plays 8 with Andrew's sliders. I'll be updating this after every game.

Hype Builds for Marbury Debut
After this crazy off season the Knicks have made a complete make over. Trading their best player according to some peoples opinion for Keith Van Horn and trading Van Horn before he got to play a single minute in Orange and Blue for Tim Thomas. The question is wether the Knicks have enough size this season to make it out of the East against the Big 3, the Nets, Pistons, and Pacers, who all have a legitimate power foward.
There is no doubt this Knicks team won't have problems going against any backcourt in the East though. The Knicks made a trade for Stephon Marbury, putting one of the best point guards in the leauge in orange and blue.
Tonight the New Look Knicks play against the Orlando Magic who are led by Tracy McGrady and Drew Gooden. Tip off is at 8 and we'll find out if this make over was for better or for worse in this 28 game season.

In the New Look Knicks season debut at the Garden the Knicks led most of the game but Orlando kept cutting into the lead, and falling behind once more. Going into half time Stephon Marbury was looking like he was going to put up a double double with 10 points and 5 assists with another half to play. But foul trouble kept Marbury from missing all but a few minutes of the second half, when he was quickly called for charging, taking his 5th foul of the game and a permenant seat on the bench.
Stepping up for the newest Knicks short comings was Knick veteran Allan Houston who finished with 23 points and 5 rebounds. "I just had to prove to New York that I'm here for a reason." said the guard, who many felt is being over paid. The Magic's Tracy McGrady put up 23 points in 23 minutes in the loss. "The entire team did great scoring wise, but our D just wasn't there."
