Why are the team's jersey's grayed out?

I just got the game and every player's jersey is significantly darker than the shorts and the jerseys dont have numbers on them. I tried to change the texture detail to high but the game only lets me choose medium or low.

Can anyone help me?

Yes... update your video card driver. IF you have a NVidia Card, updated it at NVidia.com.
