i had copy of rosters, that was made before ~2 weeks. biggest lost was on national teams, becouse all rosters of them are old now... of course i lost big job on clubs too, there was all newest transfers made..

did you try any recovery tool? tune up has a tool, but there are better , you can search on internet , if you remember filename it will be easy (not 100% sure if it will work..)
