Change team colors and coach help

Can anyone tell me the programs/steps to change the teams default colors and reassign a different coach? I knew how to do this stuff back in NBA Live, but never got into it with 2K. I have Windows 7 64bit, so hopefully any recommended programs are compatible. Thank you.
