If it's the original file you need, you can get it from your NBA 2K11 disc.

Hmm i cant get it coz other files in my installer is corrupted - nba2k11_18.cab,nba2k11_23.cab .. i dunno why.

we dont distribute original files, especially not installer files. If you are having issues with your disc, contact 2k support.
