No offense to any but who watched the Mcdonalds high school dunk contest??
HOw on earth did the Girl contestant win those dunks were weak!

they were easily the worst dunks i have ever seen in a dunk comp she put her arm iver her face and took it away wen she jumped it was terrible, seriously i am so cut bout this coz the judges r dikheads just coz she is a girl she won its BS they should take the trophy off her

yeah she definitely won cuz she was a girl.
but u have to remember that its not easy for girls to dunk.
they have smaller hands and therefore they cant grip the ball as easily.
last years contestant missed all of her dunks.
there has only been one dunk in wnba history.
so the judges let her win on that basis because its very rare for a girl to dunk. let alone, two successful dunks ... back to back.

Not to mention the higher center of gravity in females compared to males (I believe that's prolly the biggest reason girls are inferior dunkers).......
Although I agree that the judges let her win because she was a girl and it's apparently special when a girl dunks....but I am also upset that that's the reason she won....

How dunk contests do we see every year were someone wins coz other didn't complete the dunk?!
And its not like they see all the dunks and then say "OK, ur a girl we'll give it to u" there were other dunkers b4 her and judges gave them scores.
She won same reason y Spud Webb won his dunk contest! How many of u ever seen a HS girl dunk b4 that?! Not many. And don't forget she's a Hogh School kid! her muscle havn't developed fully yet!
I think sh e deserves it more then Lebron James last year. Now he only won coz of the hype b4 the contest. In reality he didn't do anythink spectacular!
