Screenshot Help? (PS3)

I've uploaded two screenshots to 2K, and both of them are screwed up:

Anybody have this problem or know how to fix it?

reupload it, ive noticed that the PS3 has had a lot of issues this year with uploading screenshots and videos

Removed those screens, uploaded four more, but they're still like this. Must be something wrong with the servers or something.

Well anyway... Did you upload it in an Association game

No, just a regular quick game and Blacktop. I'll try association sometime, maybe the game mode affects the screen itself.

Nope. Bitchass 2K with their fucked up servers. Started a Cavs association, took four screens, still end up looking like this. Anybody know who I can contact for problems like this?

Try posting in their forums. Be warned though...

I've tried posting on their forums, and it says my account needs to be activated. I got the e-mail for activation a long time ago, and it said it was on the wait list or something like that. Haven't received any confirmation that it's been activated.

Anyways, why should I be warned about posting on their forums? Are they really strict?

if you really need these shots your best bet is going off screen with a digital camera or capture card.......sucks they cant get everything working properly but ronnie2k posted on his twitter that he talked with google/youtube people. so if we can upload straight to youtube next year then the 2k servers should be able to handle screenshots better.

So it really is that bad. If I was gonna post there it would only be for help, so I wouldn't stick around very long.

You can find and probably will get help. It's just the matter of finding it in all that crap.
