How do I put the Knee Pads and Ankle Braces I downloaded?

I Just saw this file http://downloads.moddingway.com/file/7089.html - A Derrick Rose cyberface with his Addidas knee pads and ankle braces. I downloaded it. But how do you put the Knee pads and ankle braces? I was able to put the CF but not the accesories. You can try it yourself and please try to figure it out and tell me.

i think you need to put the textures on the global.

Uhm so when I put it, everyone will have that Ankle Brace or Knee Pads? Or will it just go to DRose?
