As z02 said, I'd crop the pic a little... Great start Lam

Still looking good. I hope I can find some time to update mine soon.

Nice association going on. Also if you don't want to see the score on replay, you need to save then open later.

good to see LMA pulling his weight again

seems when you work the offense from inside-out you come out ahead; keep those tactics and maybe NOH won't be bullying you around much longer

Diary of Liam WashburnOctober 28, 2010 - Sombre day in the office today.
Brandon Roy's knees are irreparably fucked. He has no menisci in either knee and has bone-on-bone arthritis. We sure know how to pick 'em!
As far as I know, nobody outside of the organization knows about these MRI results... yet. Playing Star minutes has caught up to him. Nate is going to be playing him only 30 minutes per game from now on, and will run less iso plays (yes!), but for some reason Paul Allen does not want this to be leaked. Like people won't notice a hobbled Roy suddenly playing less minutes and being less of a focal point on offense?
In need of some cash (my parents get my money until I'm 18, so I must live on a paltry allowance), I redirected people to my blog with this earth-shattering news:

Blazers doctor: "Roy has bone-on-bone knee arthritis"Translation: Roy has no meniscus left!October 28, 2010 - I knew it was too good to be true. Joel Przybilla almost back. LaMarcus Aldridge and Nicolas Batum looking like potential all-stars in pre-season... Oden saying he might come back in a couple months. God™ forbid this team is actually successful. Plus, my car didn't fucking start today!
Anyway, back on topic, Brandon's knee is totally fucked. His meniscus is completely gone, and he now has bone-on-bone knee arthritis. While he's played every game this season, his level of play has gradually fallen, and this is why. Roy has had his knee drained twice this week, and Nate has finally opted to limit his minutes and run less isolation plays.
The Blazer brass has been hush-hush about this, but it is indeed the case. Good thing we have him signed for 5 years and $82 million! EDIT: Roy has confirmed it via twitter:
Brandon Roy@ROYgbiv_7@Oden_Sphere55 You think that hurts? Try playing 40 MPG without a meniscus in either knee. RT: Trainer Jay Jensen was tired of draining my knee after my every walk to the bathroom, so now I gotta have a hose in my knee at all times...

...except it's really not all that funny. Poor Roy.

Sucks about Roy. Are you going to keep it realistic & re-rate him in 2k? I'd suggest injury hardness rating should drop considerably, I'd also drop quickness & jumping about 15 points, speed slightly. I'd expect his overall rating drop to be about 8-10 points

8-10 points??? That's probably too much, maybe five or six points.

I'm good with the ratings adjustment

at ROYgbiv.
Sucks about B-Roy's knee though. Now you probably know how us Rockets fans feel about Yao.

Yeah, that's the plan. Also considering having him off the bench eventually as a Ginobili-style sixth man, starting Rudy in a running starting 5.

I like Rudy in the starting line-up. That in real life would stop him from bitching about trades that never happened.
Wed Nov 17, 2010 12:48 pm
Cool, he's injured

z02, Watching Roy this year, he definitely isn't a player that should be rated in the 80s.
Thierry •, Yeah, makes things more interesting (and real!)
Axel., Yeah, we're the new T-Mac/Yao Rockets.
z02, Indeed. Sucks Nate would probably start Wes Matthews irl.
Houndy, yeah man

Ouch! That's tough for you.Roy is clearly the star of your team. With him hurt, you'll lose a lot of potential
Wed Nov 17, 2010 6:47 pm
as all of the other guys said, that sucks, roy is one of the most underrated players in the NBA
Thu Nov 18, 2010 12:16 am
lol at bone-on-bone. He won't even be able to run or jog if that's the case.

That blows
Thu Nov 18, 2010 2:14 pm
Holy.
Fucking.
Shit.
That's fucking horrible for the Blazers.
Thu Nov 18, 2010 2:15 pm
Oh well. We can always rebuild again. That will be fun. Besides, who cares? It's just a bunch of rich, uneducated men playing a game for a living.
Thu Nov 18, 2010 2:22 pm
well we can consider oden a true bust now... right? poor blazers.
Thu Nov 18, 2010 2:25 pm
I think we already thought that. As soon as Kevin Durant became what he became, a scoring monster. Imagine the Blazers with Kevin Durant on the roster instead of Greg Oden. Would a starting line up of Camby, Aldridge, Durant, Roy, Miller scare you enough?
Thu Nov 18, 2010 2:25 pm
Yeah he's done, along with Roy and the rest of the team.
