My Player coach bug

After i have played about 30 games in my player mode, most teams changed coaches. Since this time they're changing coaches once a week . If anyone has the same?

I think its happen when you loose. When my PG was playing his rookie season, The Nets was SO BAD that the front office changed the Coach almost every game haahah

But now in my sophmore season, we are 4-2 and the coach still the same.

If you haven't already, try updating the Xbox via Xbox Live. It seemed to stop the constant hiring/firing when I started a new My Player mode. The Wizard's that I'm on now are even 8-17.

I have PC version. I think it's not about the records cause teams like Lakers or Heat, which have the best records in my player mode,also changing coaches very often too.
