How do you do spin move or post up on joystick?

None of the bottom seem to do either for me.

To perform a behind the back dribble, with the left stick, make a half circle motion from ball hand to behind the player to the off ball hand. You must be moving to perform this move. Hold the left trigger while doing the motion to perform a spin move.

K. I got the spin move to work. Now how to do you post up? There is no botton to pust up against a defender.

Hold both triggers(LF2+RF2) and move towards the defender.

Pdub, I have a specific controller that I use and and I have my button set up to the way I like. I do not have LF2 or RF2 on my controller. Can you please let me know which two action button those are for?
