Jordan Challenge Not Saving?

Is anyone else having this issue? I have it for 360, and it says it's saving to my user profile but when I shut it off (after saving) it shows as 0/10 challenges complete.

this also happens in PC. i also had this kind of error.

You also have to save your profile manually to keep unlocked shoes btw.
