Online sucks, anyone else agree?

Just attempted getting butt raped by Benji but 2K stole the show.

Forced the low setting players, courts & stadiums.
Removed my 360 icons.
Random physics bust (Oden's buns of steel shot the ball out of bounds when he failed to pass the ball)
Disconnected after 1 minute of gameplay.


Has anyone had a positive online experience yet?

My unranked match experience..

+ Smooth (if playing with someone who is near you)

- Graphics are forced to be in LOW
- Got disconnected when I pressed ALT + TAB
- No 360 Icons (Keyboard icons appear (though that could be modded easily)

Not sure about the physics because I didn't pay attention too much on the game as I find the graphics settings so annoying and disgusting.

EDIT:

Here's a screenshot for everyone to see. As you can see, they could just set the Player Details to MEDIUM (at least) and just turn the sideline characters to off and set the crowd to LOW. *Sigh*

They could also write some netcode where what appears on my screen is irrelevant to the other player, like say, every other game out there.

Thanks for that screen though, it's a fantastic one to show other people what the difference is.

You guys did your benchmark? I did mine and it's a lie. Had FRAPS showing 60-70, average of 64 and the FPS on the benchmark thing did not go above 51. Think I am going to hack my settings file and put it at 60, then see what happens.

I tried doing a ranked quick match. I don't think anybody who owns the game knows where that option is because it was waiting for an opponent for 10 minutes before I said fuck that.

pdub and I hexed our settings for it to say 120 fps, and when we played each other we both had low models and stadiums/courts


if you want to PM me your settings file though I'll do it to see if you have any luck.

I was getting knocked off on PS3 a few times today. Went from 2,000 online a few days ago to 22,000 online today
