PC Video Settings

guys, i'm just a new 2k gamer and i have a questions for you.

how can i improve my graphics? i mean i saw guys posting good and high quality graphics screenshots, like it's really sharp.
i really want that. is there a tweak or something?

and can someone please teach me about this (i'm just a newbie)

MSAA?
V-Sync?

this is my rig:
WIn 7 x64 Ultimate
i5-520M 2.4 GHz processor
ATI Radeon HD 5470 with 512MB
4GB RAM

MSAA will get it sharper and remove any jaggies. what resolution are you running the game at?

bro jao, i'm sorry i can't remember don't know anything about this. i just play on my sister's laptop. what do you think? it's on widescreen.

I've set mine to "Medium" for most and "Low" on Arena.

MSAA is 0
V-Sync Off
1024x768

I get about 50FPS. I'm trying to reach 60 but it's rather hard.

I'm only using:

2.2Ghz Core 2
Nvidia 9600GT 512MB DDR3
4GB Ram
Windows 7

I have everything on high and the graphic is still horrible. They look like cartoon.
