Change Jerseys, rotation min

Can someone tell me how to switch jerseys with keyboard I'am to dumb for this


And I saw in game that many teams don't have rotation scale..it's weird.

I saw those 2 arrows in game < > but everytime I click on them teams are switching not jerseys...what buttons I have to use for switching..I can't switch with mouse or what.. I learned how to do 8 different crosovers in 50 min firstime training in practice mode but I don't know how to switch jerseys
