in order to use all-star game jerseys:
you must change the all star rosters' ORIGTEAM field in players.dbf to 30 for the East All-Stars and 31 for the West All-Stars, instead of their current team
i havn't tested it yet, but that's the way it was in live 2003 and 2001, it should also work the same way for 2000
