just go extend phils contract as far as you can as soon as you start your season
then when you are at your second year with him extend it again this works trust me i have done this

Used it, copied white arms for him , how i change it back to iff-file, it is now bmp. Can someone step by step tell me how to change the colour of the arms? i opened iff file and saved it as bmp and then modified it in paint program

that you have no control over because you can only do it to the team that you are controlling

How to retire a player or remove a player for the free agents list

There is a tab, called Free Agents, so just remove a player from that list (input "-1" instead of PlayerID).
To retire just remove him from both Free Agents list and team roster.

Editing coaches would be nice, for example like new coaches, doug collins, tom thibodeau and monty williams

Coaches are editable even since 0.7.x
In 1.0.x they are editable only with Developer or Full license type, as many new options were added since 0.7.x

I don't think so. The official site is on Chinese only, so i'm even not sure, if it works outside China. Still, i think, you can use MoneyGram or Western Union. Or you have a problem converting money to US dollars?
And PayPal will become available during the next 2 days.

Just input "+25%" or "-10%" or something like that.

Nope, you can change only sock color of an exact jersey, so all players, who wear the jersey, will have this sock color applied. Changing sock color is available for Developer or Full license. (PayPal will be available really soon).

Login to your paypal, go to "Merchant Services", then look in the middle box called "PayPal Payment Buttons" and click "Buy Now Buttons"

P.S. I live in the UK, so it may a bit different
