Do you know something more about 'The Warm' than some rumourmongers from mass media? Is he playing in ABA or not. Where is he living? WHo are his best friends now? Is he still capable to be an NBA baller.

Who's "The Warm"?
I know "The Worm" he plays for some league, the ABA I think, one of the leagues, that's all I know. But that's the worm eh, don't know much about the warm.

Who's "The Warm"?

Apparently he's playing in the ABA now.

The "Worm" will play his first game on Friday. There's an article on ESPN, apparently Dennis thinks he's at 75% and needs another week to be in peak form

This should be interesting, dunno if it'll lead to the NBA though.

Rodman played his first ABA game, recording 14 rebounds in 28 (I think) minutes. Didn't attempt any shots, and had 4 turnovers and 4 fouls. Not too bad an effort there. He said he should be 100% by NBA allstar break, and he's hoping to get back to the NBA. Article can be found on ESPN.com.

Maybe a return to the NBA wouldn't be such a bad idea...maybe. It won't be easy though; he's more or less worn out his welcome. Still, the Bobcats will be entering the NBA next year, and they might be interested in a "name" and veteran leadership; no matter how crazy that "name" and veteran leadership may be.

I don't think Rodman will be the answer for the bobcats. Many teams are going to have to leave quality players out since you can only protect 8 players I think. Some teams might add someone who is pretty good to the unprotected due to the contracts they might have ( like Allan Houston)

I would love to see the worm make it back to the NBA, Dallas could use him, the lakers too, Heck wat about a return to the pistons.. Ben Wallace and Rodman

.. won't happen though

Rodman didn't help his chances on ESPN's "Budweiser Hot Seat" segment. He said he plans on leaving his final NBA game by stripping off all his clothes at midcourt...thus leaving with his genitalia exposed to the world.

He threatened the same finale in his book
Bad As I Wanna Be. I had hoped he'd forgotten about that idea.

During an ABA game Sunday at the Pyramid, Laker assistant Tex Winter left his seat to find a bathroom.
Instead, he found Dennis Rodman.
Winter said Monday he found Rodman alone and "near tears" in the locker room, distraught that he hadn't played better in his second game with the Jam. He said he consoled Rodman, telling him he had expected too much after three years out of the game, and suggested maybe he'd be more capable in two or three weeks.

I think Rodman is coming back to the lakers
DENNIS RODMAN REMOVES HIMSELF FROM GAME
19-JAN-2004 - LONG BEACH, CA - Dennis Rodman played in his second game with the Long Beach Jam of the American Basketball Association (ABA) for a total of 18:56 of game time and grabbed eight rebounds despite removing himself from the game in the third quarter.
Rodman’s agent, Darren Prince, said that Rodman felt as if he has been overexerting himself over the past few days and wants to take his time with his comeback to the NBA. Rodman says he strained his calf overcompensating for his knees not being back in perfect basketball shape. It has been a little over three months since Rodman’s motorcycle accident.
Rodman has been working out on a basketball court for only the past week and had not played professional basketball in over three years. One of Rodman’s former assistant coaches and current Lakers assistant Tex Winter visited Rodman in the Jam locker room and told Dennis that he needs another week or two to be able to play at the level he is used to playing and will need a few weeks before he is ready to play in the NBA again.
Prince added that Rodman hopes to reunite with his former coach and current Lakers head coach Phil Jackson by the all star break this season.
Rodman will not travel with the Jam this week for two games in Las Vegas. He will continue with his physical therapy treatment and extensive workout routine while the team is away. Rodman should be ready to play with the Jam again by Sunday, Jan. 25 against the Kansas City Knights at the Long Beach Pyramid. The Jam and Knights are currently battling for the best record in the ABA.

Firstly...if Rodman joins LA- he might cause more injuries! and if the bobcats make him their vet leader....wat if he makes the team play a game naked?????

Rodman was very much on his way to Denver before the motorcycle incident. Denver immeadiately ceased all conversations with Dennis despite protests from 'Mello who wants Rodman quite a bit. If Dennis can prove he is the center of stability and can continue to produce in the ABA several teams are reportedly interested and they are not bottom feeders either. I have heard of Sacramento, Denver (again), New York (Thomas seems to still believe in his old team-mate), and many are talking about Detroit (but I just don't see that one happening no matter how much I would pay to see Dennis and Ben rebounding together).

Shawn Kemp was linked to the Nuggets at one point, but never came close to signing a contract.
