Association Mode: NBA 2k9 & HOME

hi, i've got a problem. when i was playing without any patches there were NBA 2k9 option in menu in Association Mode, now when i've downloaded latest Juza patch i've got no NBA2k9 only HOME button in menu. i am unable to check for example award races, what i like very much. could anyone help me with solving this problem?
