Jay-Z wants Jersey

I hope this hasn't been posted yet. I searched but couldnt find anything on it so...

Well this was first around the end of November, but I just watched an interview. Jay-Z(Famous Rapper in case you dont know) said he wants to bid on the New Jersey Nets. He wants to gain ownership of them and move them back to New York in the Bronx. He said that he'd keep K-Mart, JKidd, and RJ. He said that they are the 'core group'.

It seams the Nets players would like a new arena to play in.

At the moment, Martin and Kidd play in the perennially dead and dilapidated Meadowlands Arena, where a game was delayed last month because of a leak in the roof.

It probably would be nice to end my career in a new building

I have never had that: new locker rooms, the whole thing....Just going to places like San Antonio, (the Spurs') practice facility was top of the line. It was amazing. You go there and wish it was you. You're like 'Wow.'

I dont know. He doesnt want to move-well, his wife doesnt want to move. Thats why he's not in San Antonio right now. But New York isnt that far away from Jersey.

How about the New York police department? If all this goes down they'll be seeing more action then the basketball players.
