How to take a video screen capture of NBA Live?

What is the best "free" software to use that can take a video screen capture of NBA Live. I am using NBA Live 07. I want a software that can take a video for example of a nice play or of a player getting hot in the 4th quarter.

How can I do this?

Does anybody have experience with this? If so, can you help me out?
