True, but the thing is they don't have return date data so in theory they could be injured throughout the season. Furthermore, Dynasty Mode is its own reality (one of the reasons I do the "Uninjured" version of the NLSC roster updates for the PC version) and not everyone may want to have those players out with injury from Day One.

It's seperate. The xbox should tell you there is an update available when you start the game up and are connected to xbox live.

The removal of the gather delay on the blocking animations is one of the most noticeable improvements.

Does anyone else think they should improve the "grab" of a loose ball? I notice that players still bend over a lot to grab the ball instead of from a stand posture. It happens alot during rebounds and after a blocked shot in my experience. More importantly, it often happens that the ball passes through the hands of a player as if he had butter hands.

Depends on the context. If the ball is at shin height or bouncing low along the floor then obviously they should be bending to scoop it up.

What they need to add is more hustle for loose balls lol. If the ball is loose, players aren't gonna stand around and watch the ball

Diving for loose balls and flicking balls back in bounds or trying to bounce them off opposing players would be nice too.

I notice some glitches where the ball would bounce off players head and some how appear in a players hand not even close to the play lol

When I connected to xbox live console said that there's an update for this game, so I downloaded it. I can see that blocking animation is improved but still I'm unable to put headbands on players and when I select a team band for an Oklahoma City Thunder player It's in Supersonics colour. I thought that this update repairs those bugs. So whats wrong ? Maybe I should download this again but how ?

You'd need to clear the cache on your Xbox 360 but beware that doing so will remove any such updates you've downloaded for all the games you own, not just NBA Live 09. Your saves and other files stored on your HD will remain however.

I did it after downloading the update, I had to do this because after that update when I run the game for a second time console said that disc is unreadable. I cleared the cache and that fixed the problem. So do I have to download the update agian ?

That's right. It should prompt you to do that automatically.

before the patch update i was able to cut using the turbo button now i cant. how do u fix this because that was the best feature to me.

You should be prompted to download the official update automatically if you haven't already. It's not on the Marketplace/PS Store.
