Yup, you can create a player then replace its iff file with the iff file of sakuragi. The uniform for shohoku is a different patch to be released. To have those complete patch, lets just wait. hehehe

You need to have NBA2K9Editor.
By the way park, can you released the one that you created. I saw it on youtube that theres a created player, but i dont know who it is. I like the outfit of that created player, hhehe

at last i finally suceeded in making this work! the tutorial really help!

go www.google.com search nba2k9 editor, after download it go to ur game n create any player then save roster. use the editor to open ur roster file and search the new create player , remember the face id number . then rename the hanamichi iff file to the new create player face id then replace in to ur nba2k9 folder . enjoy

i think this is incomplete. you still need a hex editor program so that your created player will have a model. refer to the tutorial stickied here to understand it more clearly.

No, you need to create a player first and apply Hanamichi's cyberface. You can check this tutorial: viewtopic.php?f=94&t=64087

it's a roster file with your hanamichi on it, it saves the trouble of hex editing to put him in the game
