if want to download the 'formal patch'(patch without texmod), baballs.com is a good way for u.
if want to know how to make the patch wirhout texmod, there is no answer for u.
if wanna understand the readme in baballs.com, learn chinese is a good way~
in yours forum, we use english. in our forum, use chinese plz. becauz not all the chinese can understand what u say in english.

i downloaded from baballs.com and overwrote those files in steamapps but they dun appear in-game. I use texmod to load other textures too u think it might be the problem?

in the past, someone from NLSC send a meeage to our forum, because we post his work at our forum. i feel sorry for him, thats a wrong way to share patch.

LDC1024, as long the original patch maker is mentioned i dont see why they wouldnt want their patch to be posted anywhere...its all about sharing , its not like we pay patch makers anyway.
U shouldnt punish all NLSC because one member had an attitude about his patch... everybody respects everybody, i dont think patchers here or anywhere want their patches to be shared to their respective countries only.... this site is the most international and most complete NBA PATCH forum...everything should be here in my opinion...

as for this english / chinese thing , i thinks its pretty OBVIOUS that its easier for a chinese dude to identify NBA TEAMS , PLAYERS names in english + "DOWNLOAD" link than the opposite...

all we see is a bunch of chinese characters ...

and the google translation thing doesnt work when u click links...

so its a big struggle...

and i must add that the fact u claim u wanna keep secret the IFF thing is pretty childish , as im pretty sure many chinese patchers found many usefull patching tools and info from NLSC or http://www.nbavg.org/ back in the days ...

First of all congratulations on cracking the IFF files second GREAT shoes as always waiting for the release as hell but i got one request for you as a real big favor can you please convert the (PSIconsv2.tpf) which is a PS button remapping created with Texmod into a patched IFF file that can be used without texmod PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.

The problem is just that I cant share the tool becuz it is forbidden by my organization,which I cant help.
When the patch comes to be released,I will give u the link as before.the difference is only that the link is in Chinese site,but I will show u how to download it,ok?
