The Los Angeles Lakers have celebrated a win against Charlotte Bobcats. Lakers raised back to 3rd spot on the western conference and 1st on the pacific rankings.

The third quarter was unusually very unproductive, both teams combined 27 points, Lakers-14, Cats-13. Thomas took the role of the leader, as Kobe seemed to have offensive problems. Cats were led by rookie Adam Morrison, who scored 9 points in the third quarter.
Lakers held a 11 point lead entering the last period. Tyrus Thomas extended it to 15, scoring 4 fast points without Cats’ answer. They continued the successful offensive performance, but Bobcats quickly woke up and started their show. Raymond Felton and Adam Morrison combined 23 points in the last period cutting down Lakers lead to 6, but couldn’t do anything more. Tyrus Thomas was just pushing his team and not letting it fall down. Lakers were able to win against Bobcats and now await Spurs in L.A.

Nice game by Telfair, putting up big numbers. How did it feel to play vs the rivals from the East coast? Its a shame that your streak had to end vs the Celtics, but they seem to have played tough defense.
Ah and next time be more patient when you take the boxscore screens ;)

Mon Dec 11, 2006 5:12 am

Thanks, but playing against Celtics isn't exciting anymore... Sorry about the boxscores, they'll be good next time...

Kobe started a big 15-0 run at the beginning of the third, Pacers were absolutely poor. Sarunas Jasikevicius and Jamaal Tinsley were both in the lineup in the third quarter, both missed a lot of shots. Tinsley made 4-15 FG’s, Jasikevicius 2-12. But with the help of Jermaine O’Neal who scored 16 points in the third quarter, Pacers managed to get back the lead and extend it to 4 at the end of the quarter.

It was a tie with 20 seconds to go a Pacers had the ball. Stephen Jackson took the clutch role, hitting a trey and then later hitting a clutch free-throw. Ahhh, tough loss, but you can loose to Indiana. Tinsley taking 31 shots, I hate it ... but there are still some teams where the PG runs wild.
And the Melo thing is kinda funny ;) Even I coulda told you that he is not content about their roster stability ;)

Fri Dec 15, 2006 3:59 am

Mark., Thanks man, but where are you??

Jing, I don't know, I took all my pics from ESPN.com, it's theirs...

Marquis, Yeah, I'm surprised too, but I hate the situation that 5 of 6 top teams in the NBA are from the west, it's kinda unrealistic...

hova-, Oh I hate PG domination, but I just can't believe I lost, I've played really silly...

Thanks for the comments guys... Really appreciate it...

BTW, I have 8 or 7 games to play till the ALL-STAR WEEKEND!

Fri Dec 15, 2006 4:33 am

Hey guys, the fuckin' strangest thing happened to me... About 2 hours ago I was going to play another game against Wizards, but as soon as the loading screen(after pressing play game) appeared the game shut off and put me back on the desktop. I tried restarting PC and other shit, but it didn't work. I thought about simulation so I simulated that game and tried to play the next one, it worked, but I couldn't get how to play against Washington so I decided to just post Box Scores from simulation that was won 99:91 by LA. Sorry for this trouble I don't know why did it appeared, but I think every thing's fixed now...BTW, I decided to change my in-game minutes from 8 to 10 for more realistic stats and better team chemistry, because some of the players are complaining about playing time...
