SEASON OVER FOR MAVERICKS!!!
Dallas Mavericks have dissappointingly lost the deciding game against Spurs

DALLAS MAVERICKS 101 : 103 SAN ANTONIO SPURS
Image
San Antonio proceed to the next round and will try to defend the tittle

TOP PERFORMERS:

Image

Jason Terry | 13 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists, 4 steals.
Theo Ratliff | 6 points, 12 rebounds, 3 assists, 3 blocks.
Josh Howard | 20 points, 4 rebounds, 2 assist.
Jerry Stackhouse | 11 points, 1 assists.

Image

Tony Parker | 21 points, 2 rebound, 4 assists.

Manu Ginobili | 16 points, 1 rebound, 1 assist.
Nick Van Exel | 14 points, 1 rebound, 2 assists.
Robert Horry | 9 points, 8 rebounds.

WHAT A PITY!!!

The season for Dallas Mavericks is over. The team which were fighting all the season and had the 3rd result in all the league was constrained to play against 2nd result team San Antonio Spurs. The fight was unmerciful. But it was unlucky for Mavericks. :(

Mavericks even had the chance when there was left 19 seconds in the game, when the score was 102 : 101 for the Spurs and Mavericks managed to steal the ball, but the shot by Nowitzki was not accurate. And it was another chance for the Mavericks, when Tony Parker has missed the second free throw, when he was fouled by the Mavs. It was left only 1.4 seconds. And the last shot was trust to Jason Terry. And the shot from 3 point line was...

It is left only 4 contenders: Spurs, Suns, Pistons and Nets. Who will become the NBA champions?

Dallas now will prepare for the next season with new hopes, new opportunities, new players, new chances.

Yeah, if Terry had made that shot, I would be now in a conference final.
Thanks.

haha eat my shorts Detroit...

Phoenix is gonna win if they use Marion and Stoudamire properly, New Jersey hasn't good big men deffenders. New Jersey has great guards and forward, but I think Phoenix will be able to deffend.

TERRY DISSAPPOINTED

Image

In a press conference Jason Terry said that he is dissappointed with the end of the season. That he was willing to win the Championship. I'm one of the factors that we didn't win the title, he took some responsibility, because he didn't play well in the regular season and in the playoffs.

The contract of Jason Terry is expiring in this summer and he can leave Dallas. Due to the dissappointing end of the season, due to not good playing at Dallas, due to wishes to try him in somewhere else. Dallas Mavericks is afraid that it wouln't be the same scenario as it was with Steve Nash, when he left Dallas and signed with the Suns. The best case senario would be, if Dallas did the sign and trade deal to any team, because almost nobody think that Terry will play here next year.

Jason Terry also said that if he left Dallas, more chances would be given to Devin Harris, who is very perspective and has full potential to become really good point guard.
