New York 74 – Utah 110 (Record:11-8)
The Knicks shot .364 from the field and got utterly pasted at home by a surprisingly energetic Utah team, led by Boozer’s 24 points and Kirilenko’s 15 pts – 15 rebs – 5rebs. Odom had 18 for New York, but could not do anything to prevent the embarrassment.

New York 77 – Minnesota 111 (Record:11-9)
Second consecutive blowout loss at the Madison Square Garden, this time to the 16-4 Timberwolves. Sam Cassell was unstoppable hitting shots all the time for 31 points total, while KG was his usual dominant self once more to polsterize his MVP award co-candidate Odom who had no answer for him. After Mike Dunleavy’s abysmal performance this season and in this game with 4 points only, he is moved to the bench and Timmy Thomas gets the starting not at SF.

New York 68 – Sacramento 99 (Record:11-10)
Something is definitely rotten in the kingdom of New York after the third consecutive defeat at the Garden with a deficit of 30 points or more. It won’t be long before our fans start throwing objects of various quality and worth at the court, aiming at the players, if this keeps up. Peja with 24 and Kenny Thomas with 23 led the Kings to this easy victory.

New York 81 – Charlotte 82 (Record:11-11)
3 days of resting were not enough for the team to regroup and manage to avoid the 4th straight defeat at home, this time to the pleasant surprise of the season, the 12-6 Bobcats. Emeka Okafor and Pau Gasol formed a formidable duo up front, with Glenn Robinson coming off the bench for perimeter scoring. For New York, Allan Houston had 20 and Tim Thomas 15, but their late 4th quarter charge did not get us the win.

Atlanta 88 – New York 91 (Record:12-11)
Finally a win for the Knicks, who seem to be doing far better on the road so far this season. MSG pressure getting too much? Time will tell… Atlanta put a 4th quarter scare on us coming from behind and nearly stealing the victory from our grasp, but all was well in the end. JC had 19 points and Odom added another 15 to break the Knicks’ losing streak.

New York 90 – Atlanta 116 (Record:12-12)
Atlanta took their revenge for yesterday ‘s defeat by being the 4th team in the past 10 days to destroy the Knicks in their own home. Summer additions Troy Murphy and Latrell Sprewell complimented Al Harrington’s 22 points well, and had this game decided by half-time. For the Knicks, good ol’ Allan Houston stood his ground with 22 points, but no one was there to help him out.
